Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a property caretaker with a sense of service and good manners. As a property caretaker, you will work with tasks such as lawn mowing, trimming, outdoor and indoor rounds, bush pruning, hedge trimming, weed removal, etc. In your role as a property caretaker, you will have daily contact with our tenants and be part of a team where you are collectively responsible for the maintenance quality within the area of responsibility and ensuring that our tenants feel safe in the residential area. To thrive in this role, you should be cheerful, positive, and enjoy working outdoors.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant education in property maintenance or equivalent experience, but perhaps most importantly, the right attitude to want to do a good job. To achieve results and succeed in the work, we believe that you as a person are solution-oriented, attentive, and responsible. Good knowledge of Swedish is important for communication within the workgroup and with our tenants. The demands for development and efficiency in property maintenance mean that we are looking for property caretakers with an interest in personal development and a willingness to try new working methods and techniques. You should be computer literate and have an aptitude for technology and machinery.

For these positions, we place great importance on personal suitability, and since the tasks are physically demanding, you need to be in good physical shape. A driver's license (B) is required. Other driving license qualifications are advantageous.
