In this broad role, you will be an important part of our product team that works together in a bright and creative environment at our headquarters in Varberg. Your main tasks will include managing order calculations, placing orders, and monitoring deliveries. You will also assist the product manager in ongoing work with assortment development, such as item and price administration, keeping our systems updated with product information, and handling product samples. You are a person who collaborates well in a team and can support prioritized tasks as needed. The role also includes daily contact with international suppliers and our stores, so good communication skills and proficiency in Swedish and English are important. We are looking for someone with a relevant education and 1-3 years of experience. You have extensive experience working with numbers, have experience with administrative tasks, are flexible, and can work at a fast pace during peak times. Good knowledge of Excel is an advantage. The position is a full-time temporary contract for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Start date is to be agreed upon. We are conducting interviews on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline. The position is filled on the condition that it does not need to be claimed by a permanent employee with preferential rights.
