The Role

As a salesperson at Barkmans, you will be the company's face to the outside world. The role suits you who are driven, social, structured, self-motivated, and motivated by creating contacts, building relationships, and making deals — both with new and existing customers.

You will:

  • Work outwardly and meet customers in their everyday lives

  • Prospect, map the market, and find new business opportunities

  • Be responsible for booking meetings and customer outreach

  • Follow needs, develop solutions, and present proposals

  • Work long-term with customer relationships in a company where the customer is at the center

This is a role where you can grow quickly, take responsibility from day one, and develop both in sales and product knowledge.

We are looking for someone who…

  • Is perhaps at the beginning of their career and wants to grow as a salesperson or has a few years of experience in sales and customer outreach

  • Is driven, curious, social, and enjoys meeting people

  • Is fearless, takes initiative, and dares to try

  • Thrives in a role where you can structure your own everyday life

  • Has the desire to build something long-term

  • Has a driver's license

  • Do you have sales experience? Great! Don't have it? That's okay too – the most important thing is your drive and personality.
