About the Position

Lv 6 logistics unit is looking for a storekeeper to the Services Section in Halmstad, where the main task is to serve Halmstad Garrison with personal equipment. Are you a person with great drive who wants an exciting job with both practical and administrative tasks? Then this may be the position for you. We are looking for new colleagues for the position of storekeeper, where the task is to deliver logistics support to the units in Halmstad Garrison.

Main Responsibilities

The position involves daily contact with our customers at the service desk, e.g., where one can exchange sizes of their uniforms, replace broken equipment, borrow equipment, etc. Our everyday life is characterized by varied tasks, forward-thinking, and teamwork, where service to our customers is the most important thing here and now. The work also includes inventory, supplier orders, and administrative tasks in our accounting systems LIFT and PRIO (SAP).

Attributes and Experience

We are looking for someone who has a sense of order, service, and is responsible. You enjoy working both administratively and practically, and we see initiative and collaboration skills as two important qualities in you. Good computer skills and experience in administrative tasks are a requirement. Since the position can be physically demanding, we expect you to engage in wellness activities in various forms to consciously promote good health for yourself. Additionally, you have the ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, both in Swedish and English. Our team currently consists of 11 people. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Qualifications

• Driving license B
• Upper secondary education
• Good computer skills
• Experience in administrative work

Meritorious

• Completed GMU/military service with satisfactory results
• Previous experience in accounting and service work, knowledge of military equipment
• Driving license C
• Driving license CE
• Military driving certificate
• Authorization for support legs and counterbalance forklift
• Experience with the Armed Forces' accounting systems PRIO and LIFT

Salary

Individual salary setting applies. The lowest placement for this position is 29,350 SEK.

Other

Start date is according to agreement. Work location: Halmstad. Travel and short-term service in other locations may occur. The position includes a 6-month probationary period. Please indicate in your application if you have claimed priority rights for re-employment.
