Ventab provides contracting and service in ventilation installation and we are the leading ventilation company in Western Sweden. We have a turnover of approximately 250 million SEK and employ about 70 people. Ventab was one of the founders of Currentum, a market-leading installation group of actors in plumbing, sprinkler, ventilation, property automation, electricity, energy, and security systems. Today, Currentum has an annual turnover of nearly 7 billion SEK and over 2000 employees.

We are looking for an experienced and driven lead installer in ventilation who wants to take responsibility for installation work on projects. You will lead the daily work on-site, ensure quality, and make sure that projects are delivered on schedule.

The tasks include:

• Leading and distributing work for installers on-site
• Planning and coordinating the installation of ventilation systems
• Ensuring quality, work environment, and timelines
• Participating in installation as needed
• Communicating with project managers, clients, and other professionals
• Responsible for material orders and documentation

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in ventilation installation
• Has worked in a leading role or is ready to take the step
• Can read drawings and technical documents fluently
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and responsible
• Has good collaboration skills and can lead others
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of OVK
• Certifications in ventilation or work environment
• Experience in contracting projects
• Familiarity with balancing or service
