We are now looking for cleaners to join Sodexo Transport who want to work extra with us and thrive in a varied and sometimes challenging work environment.

We are looking for someone who wants to work extra with us during weekdays and weekends and help create a clean and safe travel experience for our travelers. You must be meticulous, flexible, and sometimes able to resolve sudden situations. This may involve changes in schedules or delayed trains, and it is important to be creative and solve the situation in the best possible way. You need to be independent but also have good teamwork skills.

We place great value on a good sense of service among our employees. By this, we mean that in addition to performing your tasks, you can also handle meetings with different people, are attentive to customers' needs, and can offer a smile even when there is a lot to do.

What you will be working with:

• Performing service tasks on trains such as daily and periodic cleaning, bedding, and catering.
• Carrying out tasks ethically and in accordance with laws, collective agreements, company policies, guidelines, ethical principles, and values.
• Maintaining good relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Handling feedback and complaints quickly and accurately.

To apply for the position, you must:

• Have completed primary and secondary school.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish – both spoken and written.
• Be meticulous, punctual, and flexible.
• Have good physical fitness as the cleaning profession can be physically demanding at times.

It is a plus if you:

• Have experience in professional cleaning or another service profession.
• Have SRY, PRYL, or equivalent education.
