Bodens Energi is an energy group where district heating, electricity trading, electricity production, and administration are conducted under the parent company Bodens Energi AB. The wholly-owned subsidiary Bodens Energi Nät AB is responsible for the electricity network's 17,000 customers and certain contracting activities in the municipality. Responsibilities

As a property technician, you will be responsible for property automation, maintenance, and upkeep of heating, ventilation, and cooling at the Combined Heat and Power Plant. You will, with freedom under responsibility within your tasks, drive and participate in projects such as renovations, improvements, and efficiency enhancements of our heating and ventilation systems.

You will belong to the electrical and automation department, with which you will closely collaborate on all projects. You will also work closely with property technicians in the mechanical and maintenance department.

In the long term, the position may evolve to include fire alarm systems and lighting.

Qualifications

High school education in electrical/property automation. You have experience in property automation where you have worked with heating and ventilation systems in properties. Practical experience with electrical work and automation systems is an advantage.

You have a B driver's license.
