About the Position

Do you want to work in a workshop with varied tasks, where you can use your technical skills and precision? We are now looking for an experienced CNC operator for one of our clients in Örebro who enjoys producing, setting up, and operating machines in a quality-focused environment.

As a CNC operator, you will work with machining welded structures. You will be responsible for setting up the machine, running production, changing parts, and grinding and deburring as needed. You will verify dimensions and quality using handheld measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.

Job Responsibilities will include:

Operating and monitoring CNC machines
Setting up jobs and changing parts
Grinding and deburring finished products
Measuring with calipers, micrometers, and other hand tools
Ensuring quality and following drawing specifications

The work starts during the day (06:45–16:00 Monday–Thursday, 06:45–13:00 Friday), later transitioning to 2-shift or permanent evening work, depending on the needs of the business.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in CNC machining, preferably of welded structures
Enjoys production and has a practical approach to work
Can read drawings and handle measuring instruments
Speaks Swedish, English, or Polish
Is meticulous, responsible, and has a genuine interest in machine operation
