RESPONSIBILITIES

• Basic property maintenance and upkeep
• Supervision of municipal properties
• Maintenance of outdoor environments
• Practical tasks related to seasonal needs
• The work is carried out both independently and in teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• Driver's license B (manual transmission)

Preferred:

• Experience in property maintenance, janitorial work, or similar jobs
• Experience working in municipal operations
• Practical and technical skills
