Experienced Operations Technician at CBRE

We are looking for an operations technician with expertise in property technology. Strong competence is also required in property installations such as ventilation, heating, water, and electricity, etc. You will work alongside our team at our client's site in Kista/Stockholm.

You, along with the rest of the team, will be responsible for ensuring that property technical functions are operational and functioning.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections and quality assurance as well as service and maintenance on technical systems and equipment.
• Work and report in our internal system for planned maintenance.
• Drive actions and changes in equipment in our client's properties and facilities.
• Perform actions and document in accordance with established procedures.
• Be a representative for CBRE towards the client.
• Ensure that the work meets all regulatory requirements, local requirements, quality standards, sustainability, and energy efficiency.
• Ensure that subcontractors' and your own tasks are performed according to established processes and procedures in accordance with CBRE's environmental, health, and safety policy.
• On-call duty may be required.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Driven and proactive attitude.
• We would like you to have expertise in one or more of the areas of Electrical, HVAC.
• Experience in technical operations or facility management and property technology competence.
• Qualified facility manager for fire alarms and sprinklers.
• Experience with various control systems and implementation of energy-saving measures.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team with colleagues or subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and preferably experience with maintenance systems.
