Installation Supervisor for the Stockholm Bypass

At eLinked AB, we are looking for an installation supervisor for our client Eltel to work on the Stockholm Bypass – one of the most advanced road and tunnel projects in Sweden. As an installation supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating the work with telecommunication, control, and monitoring systems, aiming to create a safe and sustainable traffic environment for the future. Eltel has the important responsibility of delivering advanced communication and safety systems – from cameras and radio communication to telecommunication – all to create a safe and efficient traffic environment.

Job Description:
Your role as an installation supervisor As an installation supervisor, you are responsible for planning and leading the work for several smaller teams working in different technical areas. You will:

• Coordinate and lead the work with technical systems such as telecommunication, control, and monitoring solutions.

• Organize production meetings and ensure that technical documents are correctly communicated.

• Conduct self-checks and participate in workplace environment rounds.

• Ensure that the project is delivered on budget and on schedule with high quality.

• Be a link between site management and teams, and contribute to improvements in processes and the work environment.

Are you the one we are looking for? We are looking for an engaged leader with strong technical competence and the ability to inspire and drive teams forward. You are business-oriented, communicative, and have the ability to build good relationships.

We believe you have:

• Technical degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience in leadership within electrical, telecommunications, or control and monitoring systems.

• Practical experience in installation and maintenance of these systems.

• Good understanding of technical documentation.

• Good computer skills, including MS Office and Excel.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Driver's license B (required).
