About the position

In the role of private advisor at Orusts Sparbank, you will provide financial advice and tailor solutions for the bank's new and existing private customers. We have a genuine interest in our customers, and we are looking for someone who can nurture and develop that relationship in an engaged and business-like manner.

We meet our customers at the office, via Teams, over the phone, or through our digital channels. You will book, prepare, and conduct advisory meetings where the goal is to find an optimal overall solution for the customer regarding saving, investing, borrowing, insuring, and paying. It is important that you are someone who makes customers feel seen and cared for. You will also ensure to follow developments regarding regulations, digital tools, and instructions, and participate in the bank's various marketing activities.

About you

We are looking for someone who has an interest in working at a bank, enjoys meeting people, and has the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues. You are communicative, structured, and driven to achieve set goals and results together with your colleagues. You are motivated by customer meetings and strive to provide the best service. You are meticulous and can work both strategically with planning and practically with execution and follow-up. The job requires you to have good analytical skills and be proficient in both spoken and written communication. It is important that you can work independently while contributing to a positive atmosphere in the group.

To succeed in the role, you have good financial knowledge and preferably education in economics - we also highly value experience and personal suitability. It is an advantage if you have a Swedsec advisor and mortgage license.
