Your Role

In Tube IT Analytics, we are building the next generation of information architecture that makes the business faster, smarter, and more data-driven – from operational reality to strategic decisions. The goal is clear: a scalable, AI-ready information landscape that creates a common truth and accelerates automation, analytics, and future decision support. In the role of information architect, you will help build the backbone of Tube's information architecture.

Your mission includes:

• Developing and managing information models, taxonomies, and metadata.
• Designing navigation and content structures for different target groups.
• Working closely with UX designers, business experts, developers, and product owners.
• Translating business needs and regulations into clear and usable information.
• Contributing to common principles and guidelines for information management.
• Participating in Data Governance forums focusing on master data, definitions, and models.
• Being an active part in building our Common Data Platform.

Here you will have a real impact – the architecture you create will be the foundation for design, development, and decisions across the organization. Furthermore, you will work closely with our agile teams and deliver in MVPs and sprints, together with the M3 program and Group IT.

The position is based in Sandviken.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is a certified architect (EA/IA or equivalent) with knowledge of IRM's Vintergatan or similar frameworks. Previous experience in information architecture, master data, and/or enterprise data models is required. You have a strong understanding of data governance, data quality, integrations, and information flows. Experience with ERP ecosystems, where Infor M3 is a plus – but not a requirement.

As we are a large organization, you also need to have the ability to work cross-functionally and globally, as well as communicate with both technical and commercial stakeholders. Experience from or a good understanding of Alleima or other industrial/manufacturing operations is considered a plus.

Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities; we believe you are not just an architect – but a systems thinker. You thrive in complexity, enjoy pace, and naturally take responsibility for the whole. You are accustomed to agile working methods with a clear MVP mindset.
