Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an engaged customer receiver for our state-of-the-art maintenance workshop!

At Renova's maintenance workshop, we carry out service and repair work on trucks, construction machinery, special vehicles, maintenance machines, as well as compactors & containers for both internal and external customers, along with technical support for other operations within Renova.

As a customer receiver, your main tasks will be to welcome our customers, conduct an initial assessment and troubleshooting, and create work orders for the workshop. You will also maintain ongoing dialogue with the customer to create the basis for the continued repair work and be responsible for administration, documentation, and follow-up in our systems. Together with the foremen, you will help prioritize and plan repairs of vehicles, machines, and containers.

In addition to customer reception, you will plan and book inspections of Renova's vehicle fleet and be responsible for the status and checks of the workshop's loan cars.

You will have daily contact with the operations supervisors and, if necessary, support other departments within Renova with vehicle-related administration.

The working hours are scheduled for evenings Monday to Thursday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, along with competence regarding heavy vehicles
• Several years of experience in the vehicle repair industry.
• Good knowledge in administration and work planning
• Experience in purchasing and inventory management
• Basic knowledge of English in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• C driver's license is a plus

As a person, we want you to be service-oriented and have an easy time understanding the customer's needs and situation, contributing to the Vehicle Workshop being perceived as a professional and knowledgeable partner both internally and externally. You need to be a good organizer and maintain order around you. The work involves many contacts both internally and externally, which requires good communication skills, responsiveness, and smooth interaction with others.
