Are you a person with experience in administration or production and enjoy a role where you can combine office work with being out in the operations? Do you have a structured work approach, enjoy juggling multiple tasks, and want to contribute to smooth production every day?
We are now looking for a production administrator for Alucrom AB in Gothenburg. In this role, you will be a key person in production where you will handle orders, purchases, inventories, and deliveries. You will have a varied daily routine that includes both administrative tasks and practical activities, such as driving a forklift when needed. The role also involves close customer contact where you are responsible for clear and professional communication and building good relationships. You will be an ambassador for the company and act as Alucrom's eyes and ears towards the customers.
About the position
As a production administrator, you will work closely with the production manager, inspector, and team leader in the operations. You will be responsible for administering work orders, making purchases from suppliers, following up on material consumption, and ensuring that the inventory is replenished continuously. You will also book shipments, receive goods, and work in systems such as Monitor G5 and Excel.
The role is broad, and you are expected to support wherever needed. This may involve everything from managing inventories to driving a forklift or being out in production as needed. You also play an important role in dialogue with customers, ensuring a professional response and capturing needs or signals that are important for the operations.

At the same time, you are meticulous and used to working in a structured manner with the help of lists and planning. The role suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility, prioritizing, and collaborating closely with others in the team while representing the company in a trustworthy manner.
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent
- Good computer skills and experience with Excel
- Driver's license B
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Meritorious:
- Forklift license
- Experience with Monitor G5 or similar business systems
- Previous experience in production or administration
