Academic Hospital offers the opportunity for study salary for nurses accepted into the specialist nursing program in pediatrics on a part-time basis. The other 50% of your time will be spent working at the Academic Children's Hospital. After completing and passing the specialist training, you will be offered a position as a specialist nurse, and we look forward to you being an important resource in the development of our operations! Applications for the specialist nursing program - pediatrics must be made through the university.

Conditions

Your study salary corresponds to 50% of the base salary (but max at 32,000 SEK/month) during the two years the training lasts, and it is primarily aimed at nurses who are permanently employed or who, in connection with recruitment, will have a permanent position at Academic Hospital, Region Uppsala, and start their training in the autumn term of 2026 at Uppsala University. A study salary may also be offered for studies conducted at other institutions on a part-time basis. The study salary is vacation pay qualifying and is not paid during holidays and any study breaks. The hospital prioritizes applicants who have not previously received a study salary during specialist training within Region Uppsala.
