Assistant Nurse for Lab and Home Care – Tibble Healthcare Center

We are now looking for an assistant nurse who wants to work in home care. Experience from working in a healthcare center and in home care is an advantage.

In home care, you will work closely with a district nurse who is responsible for planning and home visits. Together, you will visit patients in need of, for example, medication management, insulin administration, dressings, and other care interventions at home. A doctor is also attached to the team and participates regularly in rounds, creating a safe and structured medical care environment.

Tibble Healthcare Center is located in spacious, newly renovated premises in central Kungsängen, with good communications by commuter train and bus. We are a doctor-driven healthcare center with approximately 6000 registered patients and a close-knit team with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
