Assistant Nurse for Home Care – Hourly Employment

Welcome to Tibble Health Center – a growing and highly regarded health center in Kungsängen with great ambitions to create the best primary care.

We are now looking for an assistant nurse who wants to work in our home care team as needed (hourly employment). You need to have experience in medication management, especially medication distribution in dosette, preferably in collaboration with a district nurse or according to a doctor's prescription.

Previous work in home care and/or at a health center is an advantage.

You will work closely with a district nurse responsible for home care. Together, you will plan and conduct home visits to patients who may need medication distribution, insulin administration, dressing changes, and more. A doctor is also part of the team and rounds the patients with you, providing secure medical support.

Tibble Health Center is centrally located in Kungsängen, close to commuter trains and buses. We have spacious, newly renovated facilities and a dedicated team that is passionate about continuity and good patient contact. The health center is run by doctors with extensive experience in primary care.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained assistant nurse
• Has worked with medication distribution
• Has experience from home care or similar
• Is flexible, responsible, and has a good attitude
• Has a valid driver's license (requirement)
