As a property caretaker at Riksbyggen, you will be one of those who work closest to the customer. This means that you will be responsible for receiving and quickly handling any requests and reports of issues from customers. The work is varied and social.

This role includes being a property manager for a customer in Stockholm. This means you act as the extended arm of the property manager and rental in contact with the residents, ensuring that tenants feel safe and satisfied in their living environment. Your tasks include answering questions from tenants, capturing feedback and requests, and providing service. You will work with maintenance, minor repairs, and overall supervision in the area. You will conduct inspections during move-ins and move-outs, and be responsible for stairwell information and other information for the residents.

You will work both independently and with your colleagues, and you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has the ability to see and meet our customers' needs - you want to help create a good living environment. It is important that you enjoy teamwork and have a positive attitude towards work, customers, and your colleagues. It is also important that you are good at communicating, service-oriented, and able to organize your work efficiently. You have a high school education and/or vocational training, preferably with a focus on property management/operations/administration or equivalent relevant work experience.

As computers are a natural part of the work for all Riksbyggen employees, we prefer that you have some computer skills and can handle a computer in your job. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.

A driver's license (B) is required for this position. Experience driving in Stockholm traffic is not a requirement, but is considered an asset as traffic situations can sometimes be challenging.

This position is a permanent full-time employment based in Stockholm, but work in other locations within the market area may occur. Riksbyggen applies a probationary period.
