Job Description

We are now looking for a technical specialist who wants to work practically with advanced troubleshooting and repairs of high-voltage and battery systems in electrified drivetrains. The role is suitable for you who have a technical background in electrical engineering, energy, or mechatronics and who wants to work closely with the technology, not just analyze it from a distance. The focus is on solving complex technical problems at the component level, where standard solutions often fall short.

The work includes, among other things:

• in-depth troubleshooting in high-voltage and battery systems
• analysis of faults in energy storage, power transmission, and control systems
• repair and restoration at the component level where it is technically and safety-wise possible
• documentation, method development, and quality assurance of technical measures
• technical dialogue with internal and external stakeholders regarding proposals for measures and solutions

The role combines practical work with responsibility for structuring and developing how the work is conducted.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with several years of practical experience working with high-voltage systems and energy storage. You have worked closely with the technology and are accustomed to troubleshooting complex systems where both electricity, mechanics, and software interact.

We would like you to:

• have worked for several years with high-voltage systems, batteries, or electrified drivetrains
• have experience in advanced troubleshooting rather than just component replacement
• be confident in safety work related to high voltage and energy storage
• thrive in a role where methods and processes are still being developed
• be communicative and able to explain technical relationships to different target groups

Previous managerial experience is not a requirement. The role is equally suitable for you who are currently a technical specialist or senior technician and want to take on greater overall responsibility.
