Inside Sales Account Manager

The two positions are permanent full-time positions. The start date can be adjusted according to your current notice period.

About the role

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will work with our Swedish customer base through the brand PresentBolaget.se. The role suits you who want to develop within B2B sales, customer relationships, and business development.

You will be an important part of our Swedish sales and customer service team based in Copenhagen.

Your main responsibilities

  • Proactive sales to both new and existing corporate customers
  • Handling incoming inquiries and providing advice
  • Building long-term customer relationships and creating added value
  • Working structured in CRM and business systems
  • Contributing to the team's continued growth in the Swedish market

You will report to the Commercial Manager for Sweden, who also works at the office in Valby.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is either on their way up in their career and wants to develop in a commercial role (position 1). We are also interested in candidates with at least 5 years of experience as a B2B account manager (position 2). You enjoy customer contact, are driven by achieving results, and have a natural service mindset.

We believe you have:

  • Experience in B2B sales, customer service, or consulting
  • Very good Swedish in spoken and written form
  • Ability to understand Danish in writing is a plus
  • Good structure and independence in your work style
  • IT proficiency (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage)
  • A positive mindset and willingness to contribute in a fast-paced team

During peak season (especially before Christmas), the pace is high, and we value flexibility and team spirit.

For this recruitment, we use psychological testing for candidates selected for interviews. We conduct background checks on the final candidate in this recruitment.
