Hello! We are excited that you are interested in this position with us! We are looking for someone who wants to play a role in people's daily lives together with our fantastic team at Guldkustens Home Care.

We start our days together at our location at Mjölkudden center, where we go through the day's assignments before heading out.

The position is full-time and the start date is according to agreement. For a secure start, you will receive a tailored introduction. If you do not have healthcare education, we offer you the opportunity to study to become a nursing assistant during paid working hours. In the role of nursing assistant or caregiver with us, you will work according to a schedule with shifts during the day, evening, and weekends. Job Responsibilities

The job in home care involves building trusting relationships and providing individually tailored support and care to people in their homes, where you create security and improve their daily lives - and take time for conversation when the opportunity arises. The role requires you to handle a varied workload and fast pace, with many tasks that must be performed carefully and efficiently with high quality. The job also includes administering medication as delegated by a nurse.

You will work closely with a team of various professionals to create the best possible conditions for the clients. Part of your work involves documenting according to the Social Services Act in the system Pulsen Combine.

Qualifications

To thrive and fit in the role, you need to have a genuine interest and commitment to supporting people in their daily lives. You also need to be responsible for your important tasks and meet everyone with respect, warmth, and maintain a professional attitude. Furthermore, you need to have:

Relevant experience
Good digital skills
Grades in Swedish equivalent to grade 9

It is an advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant.
