Summer Staff Wanted

We are a small shipping company in Stockholm with three boats that operate charter and sightseeing activities. During the summer season, we arrange everything from sightseeing and mingling to weddings, parties, and corporate events. We depart from Gamla Stan and Strandvägen, with central and easily accessible departure points.

For the summer, we are looking for staff for our café and restaurant operations on board.

The Position

The employment is hourly based as needed. Working hours vary and can be scheduled for mornings, days, evenings, and late nights depending on bookings and operations.

Job Responsibilities

The work may involve:

• Café work
• Serving
• Bartending
• Runner
• Dishes

We work flexibly on board and rotate between different stations depending on shifts and types of events. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working broadly within service and can switch between different tasks during the same shift. We are not looking for individuals who only want to work in a specific area, but rather team members who can contribute where needed.

We are looking for you who:

• Are service-oriented and responsible
• Enjoy working in a team
• Are flexible and can work varying hours
• Have experience from café, bar, serving, or similar (meritorious but not required)
