The company develops groundbreaking technology for manufacturing composite parts for industries such as sports, automotive, and aerospace. It is a company in an expansive phase with great opportunities for development. Their production is located in Malmö, where your workplace will also be. About the Role

In this role, you will assemble a wide variety of mechanical products within induction, composites, and electronics, which requires high precision, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. The tasks vary greatly; in some cases, there are documented instructions and manuals to follow, while in others, instructions are given verbally. This requires you to be able to understand written and verbal instructions. In the role, you will also perform ongoing maintenance work and participate in maintenance projects.

Specifically, you will work with:

- Simple spot welding and fastening of various components

- Mechanical and electronic machine assembly

- Testing and series production of composite parts

- Quality control and documentation

The employment will start with us at Emploid with a planned transition after a total of 6 months of work.

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a production environment where precision assembly and quality are the focus. The pace can be high at times, which you approach with commitment and drive. To best handle the role, you need to be able to understand written and verbal instructions, and we believe that you are a quick learner. In the recruitment process, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

It is a requirement for the position that you have:

- Experience in assembly work

- Tool proficiency

- Experience in reading technical drawings

- Experience in basic machine maintenance

- A completed secondary education with a technical focus

- Good understanding of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

A personality and capacity test will be conducted for candidates who proceed in the process.

Working hours: Monday-Friday daytime
