About the role

As a machine operator, you will work with monitoring and maintenance of production machines within the plastic industry. The job includes starting up and monitoring machines, material replenishment, simple adjustments, and quality checks of finished products. You will also be responsible for following drawings and instructions, reporting deviations, and contributing to continuous improvements in production.

You will work both independently and together with colleagues in the production team, actively contributing to a safe, efficient, and quality-driven manufacturing process.

The position is scheduled for 3 shifts as follows:

• Day shift: 06:00–14:15
• Evening shift: 14:15–22:15
• Night shift: 22:15–06:00 (Monday–Thursday)

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
• Previous experience in industry, production, or as a machine operator
• Basic computer skills
• Understands the importance of quality, safety, and structure in production
• Flexible and solution-oriented

Meritorious

• Experience in plastic production or injection molding
• Forklift license A and/or B
• Technical education or industrial background
• Driving license B
