Your Responsibilities

As a machine operator at Nolato Meditech, you will primarily work with our assembly machines in production, but also with injection molding machines. You will be responsible for monitoring, adjusting, and handling the machines as well as product management in your daily work.

An important part of the role is to perform thorough quality controls and ensure that the products meet high standards. Quality, precision, and structure are central parts of the job. You are also expected to actively participate in the company's improvement efforts and contribute to an efficient and well-functioning production, as well as encourage your colleagues to do the same.

Your Background/Your Qualities

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education, preferably with a focus on technology or manufacturing industry, who wants to develop in a modern and technologically advanced production environment. Experience as an operator in the manufacturing industry is an advantage, especially if you have worked in the pharmaceutical or plastics industry.

In this role, the Swedish language is important as you will work daily with drawings, instructions, and documentation that are a central part of the quality work. A forklift license and experience with Lean are a plus.

As a person, you are quality-conscious, engaged, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working in a structured manner, take responsibility, and are also a team player who willingly contributes to both the team's and the organization's development. You are curious and meet new challenges with a positive attitude.

To work in our production, high demands are placed on quality and hygiene. Therefore, you need to be smoke and chew-free, have no skin diseases, and have good vision and color perception.

The position is located in the factory in Hörby and this position involves 2-shift work. However, there are also 3 and 5-shift options, which provide flexibility and variety in everyday life.
