At Karl Nordström's väg in Apelviken, Varberg, we work in a unique environment – just a stone's throw from the sea, in four homelike houses, two of which are focused on dementia and two on somatic care. Here we combine safe care with meaningful activities every day, and we also have an activity coordinator who drives and develops our health-promoting approach, among other things through FaR (Physical Activity on Prescription).
We are looking for someone who……is a trained nursing assistant or has other education/experience that can be assessed as equivalent.

This includes, among other things:
Work as a contact person based on Norlandia's concept Your Day.
Personal care and support and utilizing residents' own resources.
Work based on Norlandia's concept Tasty Meal so that our residents appreciate the food and that the dining experience adds a special touch to everyday life.
Document according to the Social Services Act; maintain social journals and establish and follow up on implementation plans.
Plan, offer, and carry out daily activities, outdoor activities, entertainment, crafts, cultural activities, etc., both individual and group activities.
Perform service tasks such as cleaning apartments, laundry, cooking, escorting, and shopping, etc.
Receive and perform delegated tasks such as medication delegation.
Take responsibility in representative roles.
Actively participate in the quality and improvement work of the operations.

You need to have proof of the right to use the professional title nursing assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
It is an advantage if you have previous experience in care and support.
You need to have good documentation skills.
You must have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
We prefer that you have good computer skills/computer familiarity.
We want you to have good knowledge of the national quality registers that are relevant to the operations.
Employment form: We apply a 6-month probationary period.
Scope: 55 - 75 % as agreed.
Working hours: irregular hours.
Start date: As agreed.
We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
