Driver with Terminal Responsibility

We are now looking for a driver with terminal responsibility who enjoys taking their own initiative and likes to keep an overview of daily operations.

About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations at the terminal, while also driving a truck as needed. You are a key person who ensures that vehicles, the terminal, and equipment function as they should.

A selection of your tasks:

· Terminal responsibility - ensuring order and structure

· Property maintenance such as recycling, fencing, lawn mowing, etc.

· Driving a truck

· Performing minor maintenance and troubleshooting (lights, refrigeration units that won't start, etc.)

· Keeping track of consumables

· Supervising vehicles (damage, collisions, faults)

· Conducting monthly checks, such as tire inspections

· Point of contact for vehicle-related issues for some of our companies

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, responsible, and practical. You enjoy solving problems, have good vehicle knowledge, and can see what needs to be done. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is driven, quality-conscious, and meticulous.

To take on this role, you also need to have:

• CE driver's license

• YKB (Professional Driver Certificate)

• Good vehicle knowledge

• Good communication skills in Swedish

• Good computer skills

Additional information

Permanent employment at 100% preceded by a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement, and working hours are during the day based in Halmstad.
