Job Description

At Speed, you will be part of a smaller team that manages large volumes and an advanced flow together. Here, you will play an important role in the daily operations and in ensuring that the business runs smoothly every day.

As a warehouse employee, you will work in a modern, automated environment where AGVs and Radioshuttles handle most of the pallet flows. Your role will be to support and complement the automation through manual forklift tasks, quality controls, goods reception, documentation, and ongoing follow-up.

This is a varied job where no two days are the same, and you will have significant responsibility to solve tasks that arise. You make a difference by working in a structured manner, taking responsibility for quality, and ensuring that the flow never stops.

Examples of Work Tasks:

Unloading and loading with manual forklifts
Goods reception and inspection of incoming goods
Monitoring automated flows and alarm management in the flow
Handling full pallet flows for Carlsberg
Reworking pallet goods
Quality controls and documentation
Daily contact with drivers and external carriers
Ongoing tasks to ensure order, quality, and a smooth flow

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who thrives in an operational role and enjoys working in a structured and quality-conscious manner. To fit in with us, we believe you:

Have experience in warehouse work – preferably in an environment where automation is involved
Are comfortable with forklift driving
Have a technical interest and understand how systems, machines, and flows interact
Are flexible and enjoy varied tasks
Can take initiative and handle situations that arise
Are meticulous with documentation and quality
Thrive in a team where everyone helps each other and supports one another
Communicate clearly and fluently in Swedish, and English is a plus.
