We are now looking for a driven and relationship-building Account Manager who wants to join us on our growth journey together with Tele2.

In this role, you will work on developing and strengthening customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to high customer satisfaction.

As an Account Manager, you will be an important link between Tele2 and their corporate customers with 10-99 employees. You will work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment where your commitment and ability to create long-term relationships truly make a difference.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating long-term customer relationships and contributing to growth for our client, Tele2.

Your main responsibilities:

⦁ Build and develop strong relationships with existing and new customers

⦁ Identify customer needs and offer solutions from Tele2's broad service portfolio

⦁ Drive the entire sales process – from prospecting to contracts

⦁ Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the best possible customer experience

⦁ Work towards set goals and actively contribute to the team's success

We are looking for someone who

You are driven by results, have a natural sense of service, and thrive in meeting people.

You are communicative and confident in customer dialogues, whether it’s about building new relationships or developing existing collaborations.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • Experience in B2B sales or account management
  • A basic understanding of telecommunications and IT solutions – or a strong willingness to learn quickly
  • The ability to work proactively and goal-oriented towards set targets
  • A natural ability to build trust and create long-term relationships

This is how the recruitment process works
