About the Role We are now looking for you who want to be part of Lea Bank's continued establishment in Gothenburg!

Are you passionate about sales, love customer contact, and driven by clear goals? Would you also like to help build something from the ground up? Lea Bank is now looking for its first Sales Agent for our headquarters in Gothenburg – a key role where you will help shape our future.

As a Sales Agent at Lea Bank, you will work with outbound calls, contacting the bank's customers to understand their needs and offer relevant financial solutions. You will work purposefully, build trust in every call, and contribute to building long-term customer relationships.

You will be part of an ambitious team with a high pace and clear goals, where we support each other and celebrate results together.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work with outbound calls to existing customers and drive sales via phone

  • Map customer needs and present solutions clearly

  • Work towards clear KPIs and sales targets

  • Document and follow up dialogues in CRM/system support

  • Contribute to the development of routines and working methods in a growing sales team

  • Participate in coaching and daily follow-ups to achieve common goals

We are looking for someone who:

  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

  • Has a strong sense of service and wants to create good long-term relationships with your customers

  • Has documented previous sales experience, preferably from loan mediation or the banking sector

  • Is results-oriented and enjoys working purposefully

  • Has good communication skills and is used to working with both phone and digital channels

  • Is solution-oriented, structured, and thrives in a sometimes fast-paced work environment

Meritorious:

  • Experience from loan mediation, the banking sector, or a similar industry

  • Knowledge of financial products and services

  • Experience with CRM systems and digital customer service tools

  • Knowledge of credit cards and loans

Working Hours & Start Working hours are between 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. You will start your new role with training to create the right conditions for success in the role and develop in your new job. Start immediately.
