Administrator for Supply Chain (6 months, with possibility of extension and development)

Do you want to develop in administration, spare parts, and support? We are now looking for a driven and structured person for a 6-month temporary position in our Spare Parts and Supply Chain department, with good opportunities for extension and further development within the company.

About the role

As a supply chain administrator with us, you will have a varied workday where you work closely with both suppliers and colleagues in different departments.

You will play a central role in ensuring that our needs in spare parts and supply chain run smoothly. The role is based in our office in Bergshamra and is full-time.

Examples of a workday:

  • Daily control of incoming and outgoing invoices (e.g., customer invoices before month-end, incoming invoices before the end of Wednesday)
  • Handling of cases in SAP (e.g., YAP ME5A, YAP_LIR, PO creation, inventory controls)
  • Continuous follow-up of express cases in Fresh (case management system)
  • Keeping an eye out for opportunities for Framework Orders (recurring amounts)
  • Activation of SIM cards and ordering quotes from SCS
  • Communication with customers and suppliers in Swedish & English, via phone/email

Qualifications:

  • Experience in similar tasks within administration, inventory, and spare parts
  • Basic knowledge of SAP (e.g., navigation, with simpler transactions)
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both Swedish and English
  • Structured and self-driven – you can prioritize and take responsibility for your tasks
  • Enjoy working in a smaller team and collaborate easily with other departments

Meritorious:

  • Experience from support and spare parts management within the escalator or elevator industry
  • Experience in similar tasks in a Nordic environment
