Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong software competence.

What You Will Work On

• Lead one or several software development projects within product development
• Drive planning, execution, and follow-up of project activities
• Coordinate cross-functional deliveries across R&D, product owners, and stakeholders
• Manage risks, deviations, and dependencies
• Present project status in steering groups and other decision forums
• Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business value
• Navigate a complex organization with multiple internal and external interfaces

What You Bring

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience in project management within software projects
• Experience as a main project manager in complex environments
• Strong understanding of system architectures and software development processes
• Proven background in industrial product development (mandatory)
• Ability to operate in technology-intensive industries
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, driven, and confident leadership style
