About the job

We are now looking for a nurse for our fine children's emergency department who enjoys a challenging job where no day is the same. The work pace at the children's emergency department is varied, and children and adolescents aged 0-18 come here seeking care either through referral, ambulance, or via the emergency entrance.

About us

At the children's emergency department, we work with triage, which means we meet all children and adolescents seeking care at the emergency department, and then they are assigned to a clinic, and we at the children's emergency department finalize the treatment for pediatric patients.

The children's emergency department in Halmstad is part of the Emergency Department and Halland Hospital. Here we work cross-professionally. This means that there is a significant exchange of knowledge between professions, and you will have the opportunity to both contribute and develop. Moreover, we always have a lot of laughter!

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse – preferably with experience in emergency care or pediatric nursing, but this is not a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
• Is a flexible person who enjoys working in a team and has a good ability to plan and prioritize your work in consultation with colleagues.
• We value that you are meticulous, positive, and meet both small and large individuals with warmth and professionalism.
• Is a secure person 😊
