Stop Technician – Full-time

Do you want an important and independent job where you can make a difference for public transport passengers? We are now looking for a practical and solution-oriented stop technician to join our team at Stop Maintenance Tomteboda in Solna.

About the role

As a stop technician with us, no day is the same. Your job involves being out in the field for supervision, cleaning, and minor repairs of stop equipment. For each work shift, you will receive instructions before you get into the service vehicle and head out on the roads. You will take care of our stops around Stockholm, ensuring they function properly and contributing to creating a safe, accessible, and pleasant environment for our passengers.

Examples of tasks

• Cleaning graffiti, posters, and litter
• High-pressure washing of weather shelters and surfaces
• Documentation of completed work via a digital case management system
• Minor repairs and assembly of stop equipment
• Inspection and reporting of damages or faults

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is handy, practical, and enjoys taking initiative. You should have an eye for detail, be self-sufficient, and enjoy working outdoors. This is a perfect job for you if you want variety and like to work physically.

Requirements

• Driver's license B
• Good physical condition and experience working outdoors
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable using a computer and mobile as work tools

Meritorious

• Experience in practical and technical jobs
• Experience driving right-hand drive vehicles

Working hours and employment

The position is full-time, distributed over weekdays, evenings, and weekends, and you will be based at our depot Tomteboda in Solna. For the right person, there is an opportunity to develop within the company, for example towards management or office-based tasks.
