About the Job

Verdis is responsible for waste collection in Nacka, with Nacka Vatten and Avfall as our client and partner. To strengthen the department, we are now looking for an engaged and positive environmental worker with a C driving license and YKB.

As an environmental worker, you have a key role in the company. You are Verdis' face to the public and you will become one of our everyday heroes who helps keep Nacka clean. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the waste management assignment is carried out in accordance with the company's routines and our client's requirements. You will be based at our depot in Nacka and report to the local management.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Collection and transport of waste using side-loading garbage trucks
• Handling of vehicle computers and RFID equipment
• Reporting deviations
• Daily maintenance of vehicles and superstructures

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who has a C driving license and YKB and who masters the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

The following experiences and skills are considered advantageous:

• Experience driving heavy vehicles
• Knowledge of heavy vehicles
• Experience in any type of waste collection
• Local knowledge (Nacka)

Start: By agreement (as soon as possible)
Employment type and scope: Permanent (probationary employment applies)
Working hours: Our operations are running Monday to Friday, daytime from 06:30 to 15:30
