As an Operational Operations Manager, you play a key role in daily operations. You are responsible for ensuring that operations run efficiently, that our assignments maintain high quality, and that our employees have the right conditions to succeed. The role is both operational and leading, with significant personal responsibility and close collaboration with the company's management and administration.

Main Responsibilities

Operational Management & Planning

  • Plan, lead, and follow up on daily cleaning operations
  • Manage and coordinate periodic deep cleanings
  • Be responsible for planning and execution of floor care, window cleaning, special and one-time assignments
  • Ensure the right staffing, materials, and working methods for each assignment

Personnel & Training

  • Introduce and train new employees
  • Ensure that staff work according to routines, quality requirements, and occupational safety regulations
  • Provide operational support to staff in their daily work
  • Follow up on performance, well-being, and development needs

Quality & Follow-up

  • Conduct regular quality checks with clients
  • Ensure that assignments are performed according to agreements and internal quality standards
  • Document deviations and take corrective actions
  • Participate in the development of routines, working methods, and processes

Administration & Collaboration

  • Maintain daily contact and close collaboration with the company's administrator
  • Ensure correct information flow regarding schedules, staffing, and assignments
  • Contribute to structure, planning, and follow-up of operational activities

Working Hours & Location

  • Working hours are primarily afternoon/evening, but may also include some weekend work
  • The position is based at our office in central Stockholm, with work at client sites

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in the cleaning industry, preferably in a leading or coordinating role
  • Is confident in operational work within deep cleaning, floor care, and window cleaning
  • Has a good ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees
  • Is structured, responsible, and solution-oriented
  • Enjoys combining practical work with planning and follow-up
  • Has good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written
  • Holds a valid driver's license (B)

Meritorious

  • Experience in quality control and customer follow-up
  • Administrative experience (scheduling, reporting, follow-up)
  • Ambition to further develop in a leadership role
