About the role

We are looking for a self-driven and engaged project manager who enjoys pace, responsibility, and variety. In this role, you will drive your own projects and productions with full ownership – from brief to delivery – and act as a reliable and advisory partner to our clients.

You will work closely with our creative teams and external partners to deliver strong advertising concepts, retail campaigns, creative activations, and events, with a

clear focus on production, quality, and execution.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and drive projects from brief to final delivery with responsibility for timelines, budgets, and quality
• Advise clients on communication, campaigns, and activities in-store
• Coordinate creators, designers, and production teams in both printed, digital, and physical environments
• Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously in a dynamic Nordic agency environment

Who we believe you are

• Have relevant education and at least 3–4 years of experience in project or production management within communication, advertising, or marketing.
• Are self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented – you make things happen.
• Business-minded, clear, and unpretentious with strong collaboration skills.
• A relationship builder who creates trust with both clients and colleagues.
• Used to a fast pace and complex productions with many parallel tracks.
• Experience in retail environments, retail marketing, activations, or events is a plus.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a must (other Nordic languages are a plus).
