As a customer service representative at Amili, you help people achieve a more secure economy while creating a positive customer experience. Every call is an opportunity to make a real difference.
About the role:As a customer service representative at Amili, you will become an expert in invoices, payments, and collection cases. You assist our customers over the phone. When you finish a call, you have not only contributed to a more secure economy for the individual but also ensured that companies and organizations get paid for their services.
To make you feel secure in the role, we offer a comprehensive introduction where you will learn everything about the debt collection process as well as applicable laws and guidelines. You do not need to know everything from the start – we ensure you have the right conditions.
You will be part of an engaged team of about 40 colleagues who work together to not only create a better customer experience but also ensure the entire flow – from sending out the invoice to receiving the payment. Your contribution makes a difference every day.
Your tasks include:Providing support regarding invoices, payments, and collections via phone
Contributing to a more secure financial situation for individuals
Has a high school diploma as the minimum requirement
Is proficient in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form – additional languages are a plus
Has experience in customer service (We aim for world-class service, and practice makes perfect.)
Has a well-organized economy without payment remarks (credit check will be conducted)
Has basic computer skills
Is available for work throughout the summer without planned leave.
