Solbrännan is a neighborhood restaurant with a small café operation, located by the beach in Österskär (the central town of Åkersberga). We serve lunch daily almost all year round, à la carte in the summer, and to some extent during spring and autumn, as well as Christmas buffets in December. We also host events year-round such as music nights, fashion evenings, weddings, and other celebrations and gatherings for both companies and private individuals.
We are now looking for an experienced employee who can primarily take responsibility for the dining room and personnel matters. You who apply are proactive and forward-thinking, getting things done! You enjoy taking care of our guests and ensuring that the dining room and outdoor seating are in great condition. You will be responsible for scheduling and ensuring that the rest of the staff receives internal training and understands their tasks. You may also have experience in simpler cold kitchen work.
We are a small, established team of honest, good people who show up when we need to and help each other when necessary, and we are looking for someone with the same values.
We are open every day of the week from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM during the part of the year when we are closed in the evenings, and in the summer, the kitchen closes at 9:00 PM.
10 minutes walk from Roslagsbanan.
