Today, Senab is one of the leading suppliers of furniture and interior design in the Nordic region for offices, showrooms, hotels, restaurants, schools, universities, healthcare, and social services. We are responsible for the entire process – which means we assist our customers with interior proposals or complete interior concepts, purchasing, delivery, assembly, and furnishing.

At Senab, you will take a central and business-driving role where you are responsible for creating new customer relationships and developing exciting interior projects in the region. The focus is primarily on the public sector where Senab has strong framework agreements.

As an Account Manager at Senab, you will work independently and proactively to identify new business opportunities, engage customers, and drive the sales process from the first contact to closure.

You will work closely with an experienced team of project coordinators, interior architects, purchasers, bid specialists, and delivery and assembly personnel. Together, you will ensure that the customer receives the best possible overall solution.

You will be part of Region North with Uppsala as your area of work and a team of dedicated colleagues who are eager to share knowledge, inspiration, and experiences.

Your responsibilities In the role, you will:

  • Engage the market and find new customers and projects

  • Develop business within the public sector, for example, with municipalities, universities, and government agencies.

  • Create profitable business and work towards clear sales targets

  • Prepare business proposals and solutions based on customer needs

  • Follow up on customer dialogues and ensure progress in the business

  • Set prices and have a good business understanding

  • Keep track of existing agreements and actively work with customers within framework agreements

  • Drive the business all the way to closure and long-term collaboration

You are not just selling furniture – you are selling solutions, services, and project management where sustainability and reuse are a natural part of the offering.

Your background and experience We are looking for a driven and self-sufficient relationship builder with experience in B2B sales who thrives in a proactive and business-oriented sales role. You have a clear business acumen and are motivated by creating new business, both by developing existing agreements and through active new customer engagement.

To succeed in this role, you are results-oriented and work systematically with high accuracy. You have a consultative and solution-focused approach where you are skilled at understanding the customer's needs in depth and translating them into value-creating offers. You are also strong in follow-up and used to driving sales processes forward all the way to closure.

As a person, you are curious, respectful, and knowledge-sharing, and you enjoy being out with customers and building long-term relationships that create value for both the customer and Senab.

It is particularly meritorious if you have:

  • Experience in sales to the public sector

  • Knowledge of procurement and working with framework agreements

  • Industry experience in interior design, project sales, or similar

  • Experience working with contract customers and developing existing collaborations

  • Ability to set prices, close deals, and create long-term business
