Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Personal Technician, you will work largely independently as you are responsible for your own customers and manage your own customer base - at the same time, we are a small team with short decision-making paths, where we work closely and support each other both within and outside departmental boundaries.

Central to the role is to ensure that customer requirements and expectations are met by performing high-quality service work. The work includes, among other things:

• Planning & scheduling of daily tasks where you actively manage your workload.
• Troubleshooting electrical & mechanical faults as well as high voltage.
• Performing service and repairs as well as self-checking completed work and information on AO.
• Pricing of completed work.
• Keeping the customer continuously informed about the status of ongoing work.

We see that you have worked as a Vehicle Technician before, but you don’t need to know everything - your attitude and willingness to learn and develop are more important. Even though your main focus will be on repairs and maintenance, you will have a lot of direct contact with customers and thus be an important part of our work to build our customer relationships.

Your ProfileWe see that you have:

• Vehicle technical education and experience working at a brand workshop.
• Good IT/system skills, it is an advantage if you have experience with Kobra or other relevant IT systems.
• Driver's license B.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• If you have previous experience as a Vehicle Technician and/or Personal Technician within BMW/Mini, it is an advantage.
