We are looking for a Case Officer for open care in the social services.

Job Responsibilities:

As an employee in our social services, you will be part of a smaller workgroup where you and your colleagues work with all tasks within the social services. You will work on behalf of social workers, and the role includes, among other things, housing support, working with individuals with substance abuse issues, support conversations and motivational work, assisting individuals in contacts with other authorities, visitation support, and documentation.

The role also includes collaboration with other services within the municipality, the police, and community organizations, focusing on preventive work.

The work is primarily scheduled during the day, but evening shifts may occur.

Your Qualities:

We are looking for someone who is confident in themselves and has a professional approach when meeting people from different backgrounds and needs. You are flexible, solution-focused, and have an easy time building trusting relationships. You are communicative, creative, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy a varied job where no day is the same.

Qualifications:

A degree in social work or another academic qualification that the employer deems equivalent.

For us, your personal competencies are at least as important as your education and experience, and great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Good computer skills.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

It is an advantage if you have worked with case management within social services or other authorities. It is also beneficial if you have experience meeting individuals with mental health issues or neuropsychiatric disabilities.

Duration/Working Hours:

• Full-time.
• Indefinite.
• Start date according to agreement.
