At Visby Hospital, beautifully located just next to the city wall by the Baltic Sea, we are now looking for someone who wants to make vital contributions in an engaged multidisciplinary team. The Laboratory Medicine Center Gotland is a multidisciplinary hospital laboratory that includes clinical microbiology, clinical chemistry, transfusion medicine, and a water laboratory for chemical and microbiological water analyses.

Your Responsibilities

The Laboratory Medicine Center Gotland is a smaller hospital laboratory. Therefore, we have great opportunities for varied tasks and continuous development. However, the main responsibility will be sampling at our specimen reception.

The tasks include blood sampling of patients.

You will work daytime from Monday to Friday.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with good experience in blood sampling of patients. You have a positive attitude towards our customers and the ability to explain and assist them with inquiries.

In addition to good computer skills, you are meticulous, have good collaboration skills, and can work independently. It is important that you enjoy working with varied tasks and learning new things, even in a fast-paced environment.

Before a hiring decision is made, a background check will be conducted through an extract from the criminal record.
