Are you a driven and structured electrician with industrial expertise? At Arla, we are currently seeking a motivated individual for a position in Jönköping who wants to work on preventive and corrective maintenance of our technical equipment, primarily related to electrical installations but also supporting other areas of the dairy. The work is varied and involves a lot of troubleshooting.

How you will make an impact

As an electrician/maintenance technician, you will work in and report to the Maintenance Organization. You will be part of the team that works with equipment within Process, Media, and Property, but also support other departments in the dairy.

The purpose of the role is to ensure high technical availability and stable operation of our machinery by supporting the dairy with electrical expertise for daily service, structured preventive maintenance, and, when necessary, quick and safe handling of urgent faults. The tasks also include documenting in the maintenance system, communicating with internal customers and external suppliers, working on continuous improvements, and participating in and leading problem-solving efforts.

Your main focus will be to

• Perform preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan. This primarily on equipment related to electrical installations but also support other technicians when needed.
• Contribute to improvements of the maintenance plan and its content primarily within your own area of responsibility. Evaluation of maintenance plans is conducted once a year together with the electrical responsible at the dairy (electrical responsibility may become part of your role if you have the right qualifications).
• Support the dairy with recommendations for safety and regulatory compliance for e.g., electrical safety regulations and machinery directives.

We see that you have the ability/competence in

• Qualified electrician
• Experience with technical equipment in the industrial sector, preferably also troubleshooting control and regulation systems
• Collaboration skills in the form of the ability to participate in cross-functional forums
• The willingness to always develop, solution-oriented, proactive, and flexible.
• Ability to independently drive initiatives within your areas of responsibility
• Good knowledge of Swedish and basic knowledge of English.

If you have low voltage authorization, it is an advantage, as well as knowledge in SAP PM and/or other maintenance systems and process/media equipment.

To succeed in the role, you are responsible, structured, good at planning, and willing to think outside the box. The dairy has continuous production, which requires good knowledge and understanding of the processes during planning and execution, in collaboration with other departments.
