We are now looking for a Quality Investigator/Claims Handler to join our claims team. The position is temporary until 2026-07-31.

You will be part of a competent team of various specialists who work together to maintain high quality and good service towards customers and support colleagues in the business to do the same. The role involves many points of contact, both externally and internally.

Main Responsibilities

• Investigate and handle customer complaints
• Assist in following up and finding solutions to deviations in production
• Support our quality and customer service work in daily operations

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• has a high school diploma and previous experience with quality and claims issues.
• Is quick to learn new systems and is familiar with the Office suite.
• Enjoys writing and communicating in both Swedish and English.
• Is analytical, meticulous, and likes to solve problems in a structured way.

We consider it a strong merit if you have previous experience in the quality and transport industry.

As a person, you are analytical and service-minded with good communication skills, which allows you to easily explain and discuss with customers and external parties. You also need to express yourself in a structured and correct manner in writing. You take responsibility for completing your tasks and support our customers from A to Z. You are meticulous, structured, and enjoy routine tasks at times.

• You are good at seeing connections, drawing conclusions, and applying previous experiences to new situations.
• You are resilient and can juggle multiple tasks at once.
