Job Description

Working in our Eastern operations means an independent and responsible assignment. The work is performed both individually and together with colleagues. You follow established planning but are expected to be able to work independently and make decisions within the framework of your assignment when unforeseen situations arise, with support from colleagues and support functions via phone as needed.

Your tasks are varied and consist of both care interventions, service interventions, and social support, always with the individual's needs and quality of life in focus. Documentation is done according to applicable legislation in the operational system Lifecare, and the position requires delegation.

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and every other weekend. When working in the Archipelago Group, lunch is often taken outdoors, which means that the lunch break can take place in locations other than the office.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained nursing assistant (experience is an advantage)
• enjoys working independently and in a structured manner
• has a good ability to plan, prioritize, and take responsibility
• is confident, solution-focused, and calm in pressured situations

Requirements for the position are:

• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• experience with digital documentation and mobile phones in work
• B driver's license (required)

The work requires that you:

• can confidently drive a car year-round and in varying road conditions
• have the ability to handle unforeseen situations independently
• are comfortable making decisions within the framework of your assignment

You have a professional and respectful approach towards clients, relatives, and colleagues, and actively contribute to a good working environment and team spirit.
