We are looking for electricians for Muskövarvet, someone with commitment, drive, and experience in electrical installations. Have you trained as an electrician, worked for a few years but still haven’t found what you want to do? Here is your dream job!

In the long run, you should be able to work independently with maintenance, modifications, and new installations on vessels. The systems you will primarily work with are navigation systems, auxiliary supply systems, power distribution, GMDSS, and other general electrical systems such as lighting and ventilation. The work requires you to be meticulous, follow instructions, and document your work.

Note: Muskövarvet is a security-protected workplace. This means you must be a Swedish citizen, have a clean criminal record, and be able to pass a security clearance with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).

• Inspection and documentation of deficiencies.

• Electrical installations and cable routing.

• Troubleshooting of all electrical systems on a vessel.

• New installations and commissioning of electrical systems.

• Verification and testing of systems.

• Documentation of completed work.

Location: Muskö in Haninge municipality

Scope: Full-time

Working hours: Daytime, 7-16

We are looking for someone with relevant electrical education and a few years of experience as an electrician. You are self-driven, solution-oriented, and meticulous. You are comfortable taking responsibility, enjoy having varied tasks, and are not afraid to pitch in where needed.

• Qualified electrician.

• Experience in electrical installations, troubleshooting, and service.

• Practical experience with DC voltage 12-24 V.

• Ability to document and follow instructions.

• Experience from marine environments.

• Experience in control and regulation systems.

• Experience in relays and CANbus.

• Experience in communication data RS232 and RS422.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
