We are now looking for a Team Lead Purchasing who wants to take overall responsibility for the purchasing function and daily operations within a clothing concept in development. The role is central to creating stability, clarity, and a well-functioning collaboration within the team, while ensuring quality and precision in forecasting and buying.

This is a role for someone who thrives in the intersection of leadership, purchasing, and business, and who wants to be a unifying force between functions, markets, and the Advisory Board.

About the role

As Team Lead Purchasing, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the concept organization and lead a team of five people. You have personnel responsibility and actively work to create clear roles, structured working methods, and a safe, professional work environment.

You have overall responsibility for forecasting, buying, and follow-up, where you also participate operationally in the purchasing work. The role involves ensuring a good balance between commercial goals, inventory, and delivery precision, as well as contributing a naturally data-driven perspective on product, margins, and assortment.

You collaborate closely with purchasing offices and production and are part of the concept's Advisory Board, where you represent the purchasing and operational perspective and contribute to the long-term development of the concept.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and develop the concept organization's employees and daily work
• Overall responsibility for forecasting, buying, and follow-up
• Operational participation in the purchasing work
• Ensure functioning collaborations with the group's purchasing offices
• Contribute with data-driven analyses related to product, margin, and assortment
• Be the link between strategic decisions and operational reality
• Participate in and contribute to the Advisory Board

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in personnel responsibility or a clear team lead role
• Experience in purchasing
• Experience in textiles/apparel and international trade (preferable)
• Familiarity with working in cross-functional organizations (preferable)
• Ability to combine operational work with a holistic perspective
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
