ABOUT THE POSITION

Tengella AB is now recruiting a country-responsible business developer responsible for sales and onboarding of our own customers. Tengella is an extremely fast-growing, successful, and profitable software company headquartered in central Gävle. We develop and sell a full-scale business system, Tengella, with modules ranging from customer and project management to scheduling, payroll management, and invoicing. Tengella is a leader in Sweden and has the largest market share in its niche. The company is growing rapidly and currently has 18 employees consisting of management, developers, salespeople, customer success, and support departments, who work closely together to maintain, further develop, and deliver our cloud-based business system.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Tengella AB is now looking for a Finnish-speaking driven, enthusiastic, business-oriented relationship builder who is passionate about selling. You are prepared to build our presence in a new country where you take Tengella from start to finish and contribute to our exciting growth journey!
In the role of country-responsible salesperson and implementation manager for Finland, you will identify business opportunities, sell, start up, and implement Tengella in order to create strong growth and achieve set goals. We see that you have good knowledge and experience of successful sales, negotiation, business development, implementation, and training, and you are a true entrepreneurial person with strong drive, goal-oriented, and a high sense of responsibility.
You will, together with the Business Area Manager, be responsible for ensuring that our business system develops in the right direction in the new business area regarding local requirements, functionality, and user-friendliness. You are a strong relationship builder and passionate about customer needs from a user perspective, capable of translating these needs into functional specifications for our development department to take further technically. Some travel is included in the position.
The company is very well-managed, solid, and under strong growth, with a turnover of around 30 million SEK and a good result.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
To be successful in the role of country-responsible salesperson and implementation manager, you have a strong sales profile where you are outgoing, persuasive, relationship-oriented, and have the ability to motivate and engage customers. You have experience negotiating and are a good communicator. As a person, you have strong drive and high energy and enjoy finding successful solutions to achieve your set goals. You enjoy traveling for work and are used to finding solutions to complex problems/tasks. We expect you to be structured and take pride in completing projects and be self-sufficient, even if you seek help when needed and appreciate teamwork.
A requirement is to have documented experience of successful sales, preferably complex and value-based sales, and we see it as a strong merit if you are an experienced user of business systems, but a requirement is that you have an interest in IT systems. We believe that it is for business development and sales that you are passionate, more than technology and code, as you will be highly involved in the growth journey that the company is facing. For this position, we see that you need to be fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have had a role where you built something from scratch or taken an existing area to a higher level. We see that you have a “doer mentality” and value getting things done in the right order of priority to move forward.
We are looking for you who:
- Speak and write fluent Finnish, Swedish, and English
- Have a strong sales profile where you are outgoing, persuasive, relationship-oriented
- Have documented experience of successful sales
- Have an interest in IT systems, advantageous if you are an experienced user of IT systems
- Have a B driver's license
